Ministry of Social Services orders shelter to be moved out of downtown Moose Jaw

Saskatchewan's Ministry of Social Services has directed a shelter in downtown Moose Jaw to be moved out of the city's core — to the surprise of municipal officials. Both Moose Jaw's mayor and the head of its downtown association say they just found out about the relocation on Wednesday.
